Reservation Policy

Check-in Time – 10:00 AM.
Check-out Time - 09:00 AM

  • Check-in before 10:00 AM is not guaranteed and only possible based on the occupancy of our Resort at your check-in time. It is guaranteed if and only if its stated on your booking confirmation with us and in that case full-day accommodation charge shall apply.
  • If the check-out time exceeds 09:00 AM, the Management reserves the right to remove the belongings of the Guests from the occupied room and/or charge the Guest for one day’s accommodation. 
  • If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Please be informed that we only accept pre-paid reservations made through our official website [www.sonkupiforestresort.com]. 
  • A reservation is confirmed upon our Resort’s acceptance of your booking request. Upon finalising the reservation process the Guest will receive a confirmation email which will detail all the Guest’s reservation information. Following this, the guest will also receive an acknowledgment of receipt via email.
  • It is unlikely that we will change or cancel the guest’s booking once it is confirmed. If we do make changes then we will inform the guest as soon as we reasonably can. We reserve the right to make changes that are not significant and to correct errors in the guest’s booking details at any time without being liable to the guest.
  • We reserves the right of admission and the same shall also be applicable in case incorrect information is provided in the reservation form. 
  • As per the Regulations of the Indian Government, all Indian nationals MUST present any one of the following valid Government issued photo identity and address proof: Passport /  Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID card; for the Check-in Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity proof. All Foreign nationals  MUST present a valid passport and Visa for the same.
  • All Guests are kindly requested to provide us with their e-mail ID for the Check-in Procedure. 
  • For reservation at our Resort we accept Visa, Master card (credit or debit card), NEFT/RTGS, various Indian net banking channels and Unified Payment Interface (UPI) through our official website. 
  • Should a reservation be made at our Resort by a third party on behalf of the guest, said third party assumes joint and several liability with the guest vis-à-vis the resort for all obligations arising from the accommodation contract, provided we have received a corresponding statement from the third party.
  • The Guest does not reserve the right to be provided with specific rooms. All special requests in regards to reservation including but not limited to specific rooms, extra beds, early check-in requests are subject to availability on the day of guest’s check-in and are not guaranteed. Additional charges may also apply. 
  • Children below 6 years of age sharing the same room with 2 adults without any extra bed will be accommodated without any additional cost. Additional Person / Individual above 6 years of age sharing the same room will be charged Rs.1050 per night. 
  • The Tariff excludes Indian GST 12% and we offer discounted rates during the off season. Peak season contains a surcharge. Rates are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the Resort premises.

Sonkupi Forest Resort (a unit of Royal Redstone Hotels And Resorts Private Limited) reserves the right to decline, cancel, or amend reservations in the event of legitimate reason(s), including but not limited to instances of reservations made in abnormal quantities, prior disputes with guests, guest’s engagement in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, or situations wherein reservations appear to be erroneous or mistaken. Any claims against us shall be time barred according to the applicable laws and regulations of India.

Sometimes an unintentional mistake of publishing inaccurate information on our official website may occur (such as the tariff, description or availability of rooms).
