Cancellation Policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel or release the reservation, should we not receive the payment guarantee for the pre-paid reservations at our Resort by either Visa / Master card (credit or debit card) / NEFT / RTGS / Net banking / Unified Payment Interface (UPI) through our official website.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation prior to 7 days of scheduled check-in date, no cancellation charges will be levied, except for a 5% deduction as payment processing charge.
  • Any cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of total reservation amount. 
  • In case of no show with no communication about cancellation, full booking amount will be charged. Guaranteed reservation room will be held for the guest till next day check-in time of arrival date, after which it will be treated as no show booking.
  • In case of dates change existing booking needs to be cancelled, as per our Cancellation Policy. Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.
  • For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by a unilateral decision of the Resort Management. 
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be returned to the same bank account that we have received the reservation payment from and the cancellation process may take upto 7-10 business working days from the date of cancellation.
