Limitation of Liability
Sonkupi Forest Resort (a unit of Royal Redstone Hotels And Resorts Private Limited) will not be held liable for any form of loss or damage whether by reason of death, injury, illness or otherwise. Any such loss caused by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or where any loss or damage is due to an event which we could not have either foreseen or forestalled. The property will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable, if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and other related services by reason of Act of God, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law of Government Restraint Order, Rule Regulations, Strikes, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Resort. We do not accept any liability for any failure by our Resort to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Guest Liability
- The guests will be held liable if they register or provide false information when staying at our Resort. It is mandatory to make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by the guest, and not for other purposes, including but not limited to reselling, illegally using our Resort premise for business, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party Websites or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
- The guest shall be held liable to compensate our Resort for any damages to the Resort caused by willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the guest (including but not limited to facility repair costs and lost sales opportunities).
- We will not be held liable for compensation of loss or damage to Guest’s belongings, items, cash, or valuables.
- In the event that luggage or personal belongings are left unattended at the Resort premise after the guest has checked out, the we will, in principle, wait for the owner to contact us for further instructions. If the owner fails to provide instructions within 30 days or if the owner is unknown, then the Resort reserves the right to dispose off all the contents of the luggage or personal belongings.
- The Resort reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage or personal belongings that are left unattended in the Resort premise to appropriately handle them.
Guests shall not engage in the following acts, either on their own or through the use of a third party.
- Using fraudulent payment methods when staying at the hotel.
- Mass booking followed by mass cancellation or repeatedly making and cancelling bookings without a justifiable reason, or any similar acts.
- Impersonating the Sonkupi Forest Resort (a unit of Royal Redstone Hotels And Resorts Private Limited), or any act that could be mistaken for such.
- Any actions that obstruct business, damage the reputation, or brand of Sonkupi Forest Resort (a unit of Royal Redstone Hotels And Resorts Private Limited), including but not limited to demands exceeding social norms, slander, defamation, threats, violence, extortion, harassment of Resort or its staff, posting inflammatory remarks on social media, or any similar acts will result in legal action.
- Any acts that cause or risk causing inconvenience, damage, or disadvantage to other guests, third parties.
